If you’ve ever tried to log into Vinted using your Apple ID and suddenly found yourself locked out… you’re definitely not alone.

This is one of those frustrating issues that seems simple on the surface, but quickly turns into a proper headache, especially if you’ve got money sitting in your account or active sales that need to be posted.

Can’t Log Into Vinted With Apple ID Here’s Exactly What To Do

The good news? In most cases, you don’t need to delete your account and start again.

Let’s walk through what’s actually going on and how to fix it.

The Short Answer

Yes, you can fix Vinted Apple ID login issues without losing your account.

The problem is usually caused by Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, which creates a hidden email address behind the scenes. Once you understand that, the fix becomes much easier.

Why You Can’t Log Into Vinted With Apple ID

When you sign up to Vinted using Apple, Apple often hides your real email address.

Instead, it creates something like:

randomstring@privaterelay.appleid.com

This means:

  • You might not know what email your Vinted account is actually linked to
  • Password reset emails go to that hidden address
  • Logging in without the Apple button can feel impossible

It’s not a Vinted bug — it’s how Apple protects your privacy. But it does make things confusing.

How To Fix Vinted Apple ID Login Problems

Work through these in order — most people fix it within a few minutes once they know where to look.

1. Find Your Hidden Apple Email

On your iPhone:

Settings → Your Name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Vinted

Here you’ll see:

  • The hidden relay email
  • Where emails are being forwarded

Make a note of that email address — this is the key to getting back in.

2. Reset Your Password Using That Email

Instead of using “Sign in with Apple”:

  • Go to the Vinted login screen
  • Tap “Log in with email”
  • Enter the hidden relay email
  • Click “Forgotten your password?”

This lets you create a proper password for your account.

Once you’ve done this, you don’t have to rely on the Apple login button anymore.

3. Check Email Forwarding Is Turned On

If you’re not receiving reset emails:

  • Go back into your Apple ID settings
  • Make sure email forwarding is enabled

Without this, Vinted emails won’t reach your inbox.

4. Try Removing And Re-Adding Apple Login

Some users fix this by:

  • Removing Vinted from “Sign in with Apple”
  • Then logging in again

It’s a quick reset that can clear glitches.

5. Contact Vinted Support (If Needed)

If nothing works, you’ll need to contact Vinted Support.

This is especially important if:

  • You have account credit
  • You’ve got sales in progress
  • Your account might be locked

They can manually recover your account and switch your login to a standard email.

Real User Experience (What Actually Works)

From real users dealing with this:

  • Most fixes come down to finding the hidden email
  • Resetting the password solves it for a lot of people
  • In some cases, support has to step in

And importantly, people do get back into their accounts without losing their balance.

Don’t Panic About Your Balance

If you’ve got money in your Vinted account, it’s understandable to worry.

But your account isn’t gone — you’re just locked out of the login method.

As long as you recover access, everything should still be there.

How To Avoid This Happening Again

Once you’re back in:

  • Add a normal email and password to your account
  • Don’t rely solely on Apple login
  • Keep a note of your login details somewhere safe

It just makes everything smoother long term.
