One way to get a refund from Temu without having to return anything is to make use of the Temu Price Adjustment Policy.
This means that if an item you have purchased decreases in price within 30 days of your order, you will get a refund of the difference, applied as Temu credit balance – similar to credit for winning Temu games.
The Temu price adjustment refund isn’t applied automatically, you have to check your orders and click through to see if you are due a refund when there are lower prices.
If you are, click through to confirm and you’ll get the credit applied instantly.
You will receive confirmation of the credit arriving into your Temu balance, via email, text and/or app notification.
You can even apply for the price adjustment more than once within your order, and even more than once for the same item if it gets reduced again.
I try to check into my Temu app at least once a day to apply for a price adjustment refund, because all the credit really adds up when shopping on Temu!
