There are a number of free games included within Temu, many of them, including Fishland are designed to provide you with the opportunity to win a selection of prizes of your choice. Usually, the prizes that you are given the chance to choose from are the things you’ve been browsing in recent weeks. Honestly, I’m not sure if it possible to win on the Temu Fishland game, and I’ve had much better luck playing games for real money, which I’ll explain later in this post. However, here is my full guide for the game.
Current Status Update for Temu Games
Please note that as of now, the Temu games are no longer consistently available on their app or website. When attempting to access these games, users may encounter a message stating, ‘the availability of this activity is randomized.’ We understand this can be frustrating, and we are committed to keeping you informed with the latest updates.
Why has Temu removed their games?
Though Temu has not released an official statement regarding the change in game availability, industry trends suggest that such decisions are often influenced by platform updates or strategic shifts. We will keep an eye out for any official announcements and update this post accordingly.
Are there other ways I can make money from Temu?
Absolutely!
We are still here to support you in finding ways to make money from Temu, and we have an entire guide to help you to make money from Temu.
Don’t forget that we also have a guide to making money playing games on your phone – I have earned hundreds of pounds doing this.
Below is the original post.
How to find the Temu Fishland game
To access the Temu Fishland game for free simply type ‘fishland’ into the search bar on the Temu app or website, and the game will load.
Alternatively, once you have started to play you can also access the game on the app by clicking ‘you’ on the bottom menu bar>Earn credits & Free gifts>Fisland.
Temu Fishland game – How does it work
At the start of the Temu Fishland game you are the owner of an aquarium of 9 fish. You have an amount of fish food available and feed the fish by clicking on your bag of fish food. The smaller, earlier fish need very little food and you quickly get through these fish. Every click on the bag of food doles out 10g of food.

Earning food to feed your Temu fish
Each day you log in to the game you earn more fish food so you are able to keep feeding your fish and clearing them from your tank. As well as the daily fish food there are a number of other ways to earn extra food:
- Inviting new app users to download and shop
- Purchasing items from the app – the more you spend, the more food you earn
- Sharing your link on social media sites
- Inviting existing app users to the game – those who have already downloaded the app previously are also eligible to play and earn you fish food
- Browsing through the site/app for new items
- Visiting the site at 3 specified times during the day (mealtime rewards)
These activities are weighted towards getting you to spend money or to share the app with new people – you get more fish food for these than through, say sharing with existing users or browsing the products. Each activity also has a specific number of chances per day to help you earn new fish food.

As you progress through the levels, the amount of food that you need per fish increases, thus slowing the game down the further through you get. Anecdotally, people have won plenty of prizes through this game – especially if they have a large-ish social media following or plenty of people to be fishland friends with, but it does get slower and more difficult the longer you play.
The games run for around 40 days to give you a better chance of actually winning the products on your wish list than previously. Once you have run out of time, or won your products you can go again.
Temu Fishland game Feeding Rankings
A recent introduction to the fishland game on Temu is a regular 2-day competition that provides you the opportunity to win more food by feeding more than other keepers in your assigned group. The amount of food you win changes each time. You appear to be matched with people with a similar amount of feeding, so you have a good chance of winning some food.
Do you really have a shot at winning Temu games?
I have been playing the games for a while, and so far, I’ve not won anything.
That’s despite sharing the link with my friends and begging them to click, joining Temu sharing Facebook groups as well as sharing the links on my Facebook page with over 12,000 followers. From what I can see, the games are fairly prescriptive and you are given the impression that you have a really good chance of winning.
I’ve spoken to a friend who claims to have successfully received prizes from raising fish on more than one occasion. She has access, through family members, to multiple devices which has certainly helped her. I’m still waiting for my dupe Stanley cup though!
Honestly, I’d say you don’t stand much chance, and would be better earning money through playing online games that payout real cash.
Earn real money and vouchers for playing games
If you enjoy the games on Temu then you might also love these other ways to earn money by playing games.
Both Swagbucks and InboxPounds pay you for playing mobile phone games, and I’ve made a decent amount of money from playing them.
Unlike the Temu games, you don’t have to rely on getting people to sign up using your link – you just need to complete games to certain levels.
Here are just some of the games I’ve played on InboxPounds and the money I’ve earned for playing them.
For some games you have to reach a certain level, and other games will pay you on a tiered basis – for example, Star Trek Fleet Command paid out in stages – I unlocked payments as I reached higher and higher levels.
Here are just some of the games available to play on Swagbucks. 1,000SBs is worth £10 via Paypal, so you can see that one of the games above even pays a massive £291!
With both Swagbucks and InboxPounds you can choose to get paid via Paypal, Amazon gift card or other gift cards.
