Tony and I have finally bought a house, and whilst we wait for the sale to complete we have been eyeing up new homewares everywhere we turn. One item we have really been looking forward to getting is a canvas print of one of our wedding photos. Today I am excited to share one of the Photo Canvas Prints available from My-Picture.co.uk.

The process of ordering the canvas was really simple – all I had to do was upload the photo I wanted to use from my computer, choose the size (120 x 80cm), change the zoom if I wanted to and add text if I wanted (I didn’t add any text). After that I got to choose the frame thickness, the edge design and whether we wanted a premium frame or not. You can also choose to greyscale your photo at this stage if you want.

Delivery of the canvas
Delivery is free if you spend over £45. The canvas was delivered in a big sturdy box via UPS, less than a week after ordering. The delivery was faultless, with the canvas wrapped to avoid damage in transit. It arrived in pristine condition.
The quality of the canvas
Not gonna lie, when I first opened up the canvas box I got choked up seeing the picture. I had chosen a photograph from our wedding – with fireworks going off to the right hand side, and Tony and I tucked into the left hand side – Tony behind me and us both gazing up at the fireworks.
Emotions aside, the canvas is really good quality. It came wrapped in plastic which we won’t remove before the big house move, and the printing is really good. We chose a photo with a good enough resolution to work, and it isn’t blurry at all. If you do upload a photo with lower resolution then My-Picture.co.uk won’t allow you to order a canvas size that will end up blurry, which is great customer service and saves you wasting money on something that won’t look right within your home.
The 120x80cm size is perfect for a big feature in our new home. We have a few ideas of where to put it – from above the fireplace in the living room to above our bed. We can’t wait to have a play around and see where it looks best in our new home.
