20Cogs is a get paid to website where you can earn extra money by completing easy tasks which can range from:

There are 20 different offers (or cogs) to complete before you can cash out your earnings.
It takes a few hours to complete all of the offers, and it helps to spread them out across a week or so.
You might even be wondering is 20Cogs is a scam. Hint: it isn’t!

Well the average payout is £200 from completing the offers on 20cogs. That’s not to be sniffed at!
My husband completed the offers on 20Cogs last year and made £154.95 – less than the average payout, however he had already completed a lot of the offers elsewhere or they weren’t relevant for him.

When looking for alternatives to 20Cogs it was quite difficult to find something that was just the same.

Run by the same parent company, OhMyDosh run differently to 20Cogs.
First of all, you don’t need to complete 20 offers to get paid – you can get paid as soon as your balance reaches £10.
They also have Lightening Offers meaning you can get paid in just 3 working days after completing an offer, which is fantastic when you need cash quickly.
Swagbucks
Swagbucks is another get paid to site like 20Cogs, but it is also different in that you don’t need to complete 20 offers to cash out.
Swagbucks is great if you like variety. Like 20Cogs, you can earn from playing games, completing surveys, signing up for free trials etc.
The payment threshold is quite low, and you can choose between gift vouchers or Paypal cash as your payment.

20Cogs alternative – Instagc
Instagc is great for earning gift cards and being able to redeem them immediately.
Earn points for playing games, watching videos, taking out trials etc much like 20Cogs, however you won’t earn anywhere near the £200 20Cogs average.
You can redeem as soon as you have enough points to convert to £1, and my favourite is to redeem Amazon gift vouchers.
Simply put, I can’t find a great 20Cogs alternative that matches the average payout you earn from 20Cogs.
