When I first started making money online, one of my first port of calls was Swagbucks. Swagbucks is a great place to earn money and gift cards online if you need variety and you want something that you can easily dip in and out of. Here is my guide to earning money online from Swagbucks in the UK.

What is Swagbucks?

Swagbucks is a website where you can earn points (called Swagbucks) for completing different tasks. These points can then be exchanged for a whole host of rewards, from gift cards to Paypal cash.

How to earn money on Swagbucks

Pretty much everything you do on the Swagbucks website is going to earn you money. I'm talking about:

Completing surveys
Watching videos
Playing games
Searching the internet
Taking up free trials
Taking up special offers
Shopping through Swagbucks
Downloading mobile apps
Referring your friends

And so much more.

Everywhere you turn there is a different way to make money with Swagbucks.

Completing online surveys is definitely one of the easiest ways to boost your Swagbucks earnings.

How much money can you realistically make from Swagbucks?

Like most side hustles, the more time and effort you put into Swagbucks, the more money you can make. I think a realistic goal is to earn £15 a month. If you used Swagbucks throughout the year and ordered Amazon gift cards, that would give you a massive £180 in Amazon gift cards to spend on Christmas presents and other Christmas spending.

My verdict on Swagbucks

Swagbucks definitely isn't the most profitable side hustle I have done, and it won't make you rich. It will, however, reward you for completing fun tasks. With the variety of tasks on offer on Swagbucks, it is possible to earn without getting bored. If you are looking for a side hustle to dip into easily then Swagbucks is for you.
