How To Make DIY Easter Egg Bath Bombs

I’m a huge fan of bath bombs and have recently got hooked on making my own! A perfect treat to do is to create your very own Easter Egg shaped Bath Bombs. These are super simple to make and can be a fantastic Easter activity to do with your children.

These eggs are super simple to make, all you need is:

 Directions

1. Mix together your baking soda, citric acid and cornstarch. Once that’s done, you’ll then mix in a few drops of essential oil to your melted coconut oil.

2. Once that’s done, slowly mix in a small amount of your coconut oil at a time so the mixture doesn’t fizz. It should start to fluff up as you continue adding the mixture.

3. Once you have added all your melted coconut oil to the mixture, use a 1/4 cup measuring cup and divide the bath bomb mixture into 3 small bowls.

4. Add a few drops of each colour colourant to each bowl. Be sure to make each bowl a different colour! Next, (making sure you’re wearing plastic gloves)  mix each bowl with your fingertips.

5. Once your mixtures are complete, open the plastic eggs and start filling with a little of each colour. When your eggs are full, press the eggs together and then carefully remove the egg bath bomb. Then simply leave it to dry overnight and in the morning, your Easter Egg Bath Bombs will be ready!
