Temu, the shopping app and website, has taken the world by storm. Recently launched in the UK, internet users are seeing Temu ads absolutely everywhere they browse online. In this post we are going to cover everything you need to know about Temu online shopping, including the best things to get on Temu, how long Temu delivery time is, how to contact Temu and much more. Temu payment options
There are plenty of Temu payment options to choose from when online shopping with Temu.
Temu accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
Temu payment options also include Clearpay to spread the payment into 4 installments, or Klarna with a £35 minimum spend.
You can also use any Temu credit you've earned from games or a price adjustment refund.
You may have seen some social media posts accusing Temu of stealing credit card information, like the post above.
If this is something that you're worried about then I'd recommend sticking to the likes of Paypal to pay for any Temu orders.
What is the Temu delivery time like?
Considering that orders are shipped from China, I've been very impressed with the Temu delivery time.
My orders have arrived within 8 days after ordering, which is quicker than some orders I've placed from UK businesses.
Temu do quote their standard delivery time as between 6 – 20 days, and they also promise to issue £5 of Temu credit if your package arrives later than estimated.
Can you get Temu free delivery?
Yes you can get free delivery with Temu.
Temu free delivery might have a minimum order amount (the lowest I've seen is £10) but they run so many promotions that there's always free delivery around.
You can also pay £9 for Express Delivery if needed.

What to buy from Temu – Temu best finds
There is so much stuff on Temu that it is hard to know what to buy from Temu and find the Temu best finds.
I've placed 3 orders so far and I've only had to return one item due to poor quality.
I've found that the best things to get on Temu for me are the craft items and homewares.
I have saved so much money buying these from Temu instead of the likes of Amazon or Hobbycraft.
I've also found some lovely homewares, again the exact same on Amazon but at a fraction of the cost.
Here are some of the best things to get on Temu that I've found:
My husband is a Warhammer collector, and I first saw this paint water changer on Tiktok. I got it for £4 instead of £13 on Amazon.
I love my Cricut, but I don't like the Cricut blade price tag. This would usually cost £53 from Hobbycraft, but I paid £14.
If you make any crafts then bags to display them in always come in useful.
This UV resin is actually incredible and I've made so many things with it! You can start off with a small bottle to see how you like it.
I make a lot of resin dog name tags, and on Amazon the moulds are so expensive. Much cheaper on Temu.
There are also some amazing homewares to be found on Temu when looking for the best things to buy on Temu.
How cute!
Wow these faux leather sheets were so good! They are so versatile and I've made some lovely earrings with them.
When I sell items on Vinted I like to use ‘thank you' stickers on my parcels. Temu have tons available for £2 and under.
I've wanted a garlic rocker for ages, and this is so much cheaper than Amazon.
Another Temu find much cheaper than Amazon – a fridge soda can organiser.
These plates are so cute!
And you get TONS of these wax papers, perfect for parties.
Is Temu makeup safe?
One of the most debated things about Temu I've seen is whether Temu makeup is safe.
Whilst Temu itself is safe, you won't find brand names of makeup or skincare available to buy, but instead you'll find dupes.
On a lot of the listings you can't see the ingredients in the makeup products before purchasing.
One Redditor has commented:
“I have purchased their makeup recently and in the past 2 months have needed to be treated for contact dermatitis on my face that actually burns and has swelled up my undereyes badly causing me to look hideous and suffer in pain. After steroid treatments. Antibiotics and missing work. I have narrowed it down to an allergy to cobalt, which is likely found in cheap makeup that is not paraben free. It is a heavy metal in cosmetics that is not always listed as a paraben. It is also in vitamin B products. Especially. B 12. I am very sensitive to Chromium as well and have had eczema in my life. What it says is that those ppl with those sensitivities are more likely to be affected by cobalt and other heavy metals.”
Now I do love a good dupe, but in my opinion I would stay away from buying makeup from Temu, just to be safe.
How to contact Temu online shopping
Wondering how to contact Temu?
They are actually really easy to get ahold of.
You can use their chat bot to contact Temu about a number of tasks and get more help if needed.
Whilst they are on social media, they don't seem to use their accounts to reply to customer queries, instead pointing people to the chat bot to contact Temu.
