Do You Need a Registered Business To Join Vinted Pro?
Yes – you must be a registered business, either as a sole trader or a limited company. Vinted Pro sellers must provide documentation to verify their business status. This includes your business registration number, address, and sometimes VAT information (if applicable).

The main drawback is that you must offer returns within 14 days. This means funds from a sale don’t clear in your Vinted balance until two weeks after delivery. For small businesses or resellers relying on quick turnover, this can affect cash flow.
You also have to display your business details publicly, which some sellers may prefer to keep private.
Additionally, customer service for Pro accounts can occasionally be slower, and certain selling features may differ slightly compared to standard accounts.
Can You Set Up Bundle Discounts As a Vinted Pro Seller?
No, you cannot set up bundle discounts as a Vinted Pro seller like you do as a private seller on Vinted.
You can invite potential buyers to make bundles and send in an offer either in your listings or in your profile.
Can You Turn Buyer Offers Off As a Vinted Pro Seller?
If you are selling as a business then you need to be more rigid in your pricing than when you are decluttering your own items.
Unfortunately, Vinted doesn't allow Vinted Pro sellers to turn off buyer offers.
My Experience Using Vinted Pro for Colouring Book Collective
I help Colouring Book Collective sell and dispatch their colouring books across several platforms including TikTok Shop, Whatnot, and Vinted.
