Getting paid to test websites is a great way to boost your income, and in the past the website WhatUsersDo would pay out £8 for every website that you tested. Unfortunately, WhatUsersDo have closed, but we know some other fantastic alternatives that will have you earning money in no time at all for testing websites and completing studies alongside surveys.

whatusersdo

Websites pay people for market research studies and website testing to gather valuable feedback, improve user experience, and align their websites with customer needs. These activities provide insights into usability issues, user preferences, and behaviors.

Paying participants ensures diverse perspectives and acknowledges their contribution, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship. Ultimately, market research studies and website testing help businesses optimize their websites, increase customer satisfaction, and gain a competitive edge.

WhatUsersDo alternative – Respondent

Respondent is one of the busiest market research websites out there.

You will find plenty of opportunities to apply for and the key is to apply for opportunities regularly! If you can, check in every 2 – 3 days and apply for suitable tasks to stand a good chance of getting picked.

With so many opportunities on Respondent, the chances of you getting picked to complete a study or website test are high.

Askable is another great alternative to WhatUsersDo, and I've done a few paid website testing tasks with them.

You can see the eligibility criteria before you apply, and if successful then a researcher will get in touch to set up a date and time for your study.
