Can you believe that Monday is here again? This is a really big week for us because we move into our new offices on Friday! The house is a mess from Tony packing up our eBay stock, but it will be so worth it.
In an attempt to get out of the house more, last week I spent two full days sourcing for our eBay reselling business. You know…there are boxes everywhere in the house so why don't I go out and buy more? Makes sense! One day I headed out with Tony and the next day I went out with my Dad.
Let me tell you – sourcing can be exhausting when you are on your 7th charity shop of the day, and they hang the clothes up taller than you. I'm going to have amazingly toned arms if I keep this up!
Whilst sourcing I often come across clothes I would love, and this time I decided to try them on and see if I wanted to keep them for myself.
The first item was a BNWT Pink Clove dress, for just £6.45! It has these long, flowy sleeves and is made of a really comfortable material. I wore it yesterday for travelling up to Manchester and it is definitely more of a late summer/autumn dress! So warm.
The second was this Joanna Hope daisy dress, which was £3. This is such think, good quality material, but it is totally out of my comfort zone. I'm not sure if the length swamps me – I've asked on Facebook and Instagram and received differing opinions. I've decided to hang it up in my wardrobe and if I don't wear it within 3 months then I will pop it onto eBay.
I also bought a third dress, BNWT for £1 but of course I didn't take a photo of it…and I'm writing this blog post from a hotel room.
I am also working on decluttering, and I am trying to get rid of something for every new item I bring into the house. For example, if I buy new bedding then one bedding set has to be decluttered. I went through my wardrobe and found 4 items that I don't wear and I've popped them onto my eBay pile to get listed.
I also want to pick some items up to start my home bar!
