With new fintech popping up all the time, I love getting the chance to try out something new. In this post I want to share how you can try out the Monese app — a new banking app and earn yourself a free tenner in the process.

The Monese app allows you to create a new current account based in the UK, and if you open a few account and fund it with £50, using my referral link or code, they will give you an extra £10.

This is because they are new to the market, they want to spread the word and reward you for introducing new members to Monese.

You can then withdraw this money and it usually hits your bank account straight away.

Here’s how to get your free £10 from the Monese app

Register for an account either following my referral link or download it from your app store and enter code EMMAV869

Confirm your identity by uploading some photographic ID and either recording a video message or having a video phone call. This takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

Fund the account with £50. It will cost you 18p to deposit via debit card, or you can do a bank transfer with no fees.

Once funded refresh the app and you should see your extra £10.
