Get Insurance

You need to ensure that you have insurance when you hire out your tools. You'll be hiring these tools out for less than it costs to buy them. So you might end up with people thinking that they can simply pay you the rental fee and then not return the tools when agreed. Ensure that your insurance covers what you need it to. You should also be sure to take the proper details of customers so they can be tracked down should they not bring the tools back. Maybe even look into having them sign a contract for the hire.
