As most people these days, I am very short of time, and often something has to be given up. In April we spent an absolute fortune on convenience foods, and we have been looking at ways to reduce our spending whilst still eating healthy meals. Thankfully, Everdine have been on hand to help.

I was kindly gifted 8 Everdine meals to try out, and I was very impressed with them! When I think of clean eating, I also think of small portions, however the size of these meals in comparison to what you could get from a supermarket are brilliant!
The meals come cooked and frozen, so all you have to do is throw them into the microwave and you have a lovely, clean meal to enjoy.
I chose the follow meals:
- Tandoori salmon with red lentil dahl
- Singapore noodles
- Rose duck breast and blueberries
- Piri piri chicken
- Moroccan chicken tagine
- Mediterranean cod
- Jerk chicken with pineapple salsa
- Harissa and king prawn tabbouleh
As well as creating delicious meals, Everdine also provide details on how to recycle the packaging that the food comes in!
If you are worried about food being delivered by courier, ours arrived on a very hot day, and although the ice packs had melted, the other insulation meant that the meals were still frozen upon delivery.
The biggest plus for Everdine is the convenience. Sundays are a hectic day for us, with car boot sales and our reselling business, so it was great to be able to just delve into the freezer and pull out a healthy meal!
